Fulham Wine Rooms

The concept behind the Wine Rooms is to take wine lovers on a tasting adventure whilst also enjoying delicious food. The founders Thor Gudmundsson and Richard Okroj have sought to introduce their customers to great celebrated wines normally only sold by the bottle and to try wines that are less familiar.
The design was undertaken by Thor and Richard in collaboration with du Boulay and includes bespoke timber display shelving and a new dispense bar with zinc top. The layout of the former "Pitcher and Piano" has also been altered to provide a dining/tasting room at the back of the restaurant.
The Wine Rooms are a complete wine experience - wine bar, retail and dining. du Boulay Contracts also fitted out the Kensington Wine rooms which opened in April 2009.
